• $300 one-time Pet Fee per pet, non-refundable

• No pet deposit

• $25 per pet monthly rent

Two pet limit per apartment, no weight limit. No dominant breeds - Dobermans, Akita, Pitts Bulls, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shep, exotic animals, reptiles, barnyard animals not permitted.
